The Ultrafryer UE18 and UE20 electric frying systems carry the NSF mark. Each UE (18, 18R, 18X) fryer has an oil capacity of 100 lb (45 kg) / 13.5 gal (51 L). The UE18 fryer has an 18 x 18 in (45.7 x 45.7 cm) frying area. The UE18 fryer is 40 1/4 in (102.24 cm) wide in the two-vat configuration. The fryer tank is stainless steel, and the cabinet has a stainless steel front, door, and sides. baskets included: two x-fry baskets per frypot. UE (18, 20) draws 71 A per line at 240 V single phase.
