The Southbend Counterline charbroiler is a countertop model. width in: 12. The supplied cooking grates are cast iron. The charbroiler's cooking grates are removable and two-sided. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control. Stainless steel front and sides are standard; rear and bottom panels are aluminized steel. HDC-12 and HDCL-12 charbroilers are listed for propane-gas input of 40,000 BTU/hr. Each HDC and HDCL unit has a 3/4-inch gas connection. HDC and HDCL units must be installed under a vented hood. HDC and HDCL units are for use in non-combustible locations only.
