The MT-25EO-SB and MT-40EO-SB kettles are tilting kettles. The MT-40EO-SB kettle has a capacity of 40 gallons (151 liters). The kettle is steam jacketed. The MT-25EO-SB and MT-40EO-SB kettles use electric heating. The kettle's electric steam boiler is rated at 24 kW. The kettle is available with a 240-volt AC, 3-phase, 60-Hz electrical supply.
