Freestanding Full-Size Deck Ovens
The 1T3 Artisan Stone Deck Oven has three decks. Each deck of the 1T3 oven holds (1) 18” x 26” full-size sheet pan. The 1T3 oven is electric. The 1T3 oven has a listed input of 15 kW in its 480 V, 3-phase configuration. The 1T3 oven has advanced digital controls. The Doyon 1T3 oven has dual-zone independent element control. Each chamber of the 1T3 oven features its own independent steam tank. The 3/4” thick NSF-approved stone interior is described as perfect for true hearth style.
