Pro Series Electric Range. IR-2-G36T-EW. The range features 12” x 12” (305 x 305) plates in front, and 12” x 13” (305 x 330) in rear. IR-2-G36T-EW includes 2 plate elements. The Pro Series wafer plate ranges have thermostatically controlled plates. The standard oven has a baffle above the element to distribute heat flow for even cooking temperatures throughout the 5.3 kW oven; a splatter screen protects the element from spills. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate. IR-2-G36T-EW has total electrical input of 27.1 kW. IR-2-G36T-EW is rated for 3 phase.
