The Platinum PRO Series standard gas convection oven is offered in a double-deck arrangement. The Platinum PRO Series oven is offered for natural gas. gas input btu: 180000. Each deck of the Platinum PRO Series oven is available with 90,000 BTU gas input. Each oven in the Platinum PRO Series convection oven has 11 rack positions. Adjacent rack positions in each oven are spaced on 1-5/8 in. centers. The standard control panel is located on the front, at the right side of the oven. Oven heating is regulated by an adjustable solid-state thermostat control. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free. The oven has a stainless steel front, sides, and top.
