The 36 kW, three-phase CE Series steamer configuration draws 86.6 amps per line at 240 V. CE-336S models have a listed compartment pan capacity of 107 lbs/hr. The unit comes standard with automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, a water gauge glass, pressure control with secondary safety pressure control, and a safety relief valve. The standard features include a water treatment system, CSD-1 boiler controls, automatic boiler blowdown, split water lines, and a steam take off kit. The standard construction includes a polished #4 finish stainless steel cabinet base, a reinforced stainless steel counter top, and hinged door(s) with a magnetic latch; all piping is confined within the cabinet. The boiler shall be ASME Code stamped. The boiler shall be NSF certified.
