The Imperial IR-12-CC range model has 12 open burners. Natural Gas. gas input btu: 444000. Cast iron PyroCentric burners are standard on all IR Series ranges. PyroCentric burners provide a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low simmer feature and use two rings of flame for even heating. Each open burner on Imperial IR Series ranges uses a standing pilot for ignition. Each convection oven has an interior height of 14 in (356 mm). The convection oven has an electronic timer countdown. Convection ovens have porcelainized sides, rear, deck and door lining for easy cleaning, and a heavy duty door hinge. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate.
