The Self-Generating Steamfull Jacketed Floor Mounted Tilting Kettles are tilting kettles. The KELT-20F kettle has a rated capacity of 20 gallons (76 liters). fuel type: electric. Steam generation continues until the preselected temperature is reached; the cycle repeats as jacket-water temperature drops slightly, maintaining the selected cooking temperature.
