JBR-2-12G … each have two open burners. Each Jade Bistro range open top burner has a capacity of 30,000 BTU per burner. A 12-inch by 12-inch steel grate is specified for each open burner. The open burners are described as easy-clean cast iron burners, with 12-inch by 12-inch lift-off steel grates. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed and stub back, with 14-gauge stainless steel all-welded construction. The cabinet base is an open cabinet constructed of 14-gauge all-welded stainless steel. The JBR-2-12G range has a listed gas input of 84000 BTUs. The Jade Bistro range requires natural gas at a minimum operating pressure of 5 inches water column. The JBR-2-12G range is listed as 31 inches deep. The JBR-2-12G range is listed as 24 inches wide.
