The Pitco SRTE14-2-GM is a dual electric freestanding rethermalizer for bulk reheating of previously prepared foods, with two 16.5-gallon water tanks and 16 kW total input, so it fits higher-volume kitchen or banquet-style service rather than light-duty use. It has digital controls/display, electronic ignition, auto water fill, a common drain/overflow, stainless hinged cover, and easy-to-clean elements; it is plumbed in with a 1/2-inch water connection, rear/under drain, and requires field wiring, with optional front drain valve/hose and offset soup rack.
