It combines four non-clog cast iron open burners, a 36" thermostatic griddle on the left, and a standard 45,000 BTU oven base for a 241,000 BTU total propane setup; the 60.75" wide, floor-standing cabinet-base format is aimed at full-service operations that need cooking, griddling, and baking in one line unit. Stainless front/sides, front manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilot on the top burners, and battery spark oven ignition are the main service features; allow 10" rear and side clearances and plan for professional installation.
