Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4601AD-3CL_NG, is a floor-standing commercial range built for heavy kitchen use, not a countertop or undercounter unit. It pairs four 33,000 BTU clog-free open burners with a 36" left-side charbroiler and dual oven bases — one 32,000 BTU convection oven and one 45,000 BTU standard oven — for a total of 305,000 BTUs, so it fits high-volume prep, grilling, and bake/roast service in the same footprint. It runs on natural gas and uses 120V/3PH power at 5.9 amps for ignition and the convection fan, with stainless front/sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark ignition, and a factory regulator; clearances are 10" rear and sides, and professional installation is required.
