The Platinum PRO Series bakery electric convection oven is a double-deck oven. The Platinum PRO Series double-deck oven includes two oven decks. fuel type: electric. voltage: 240. 7.5KW_240V_1PH. The touchscreen control digital display shows time and temperature, and a fan-cycle timer pulses the fan. The Platinum PRO Series touchscreen controls have a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F. The Platinum PRO Series rack guides are spaced on 1-5/8 in. centers. Five wire racks are provided with each Platinum PRO Series oven. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top. The oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
