Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4604CC-3TR_NG, built as a 60-3/4" wide, floor-standing restaurant range with storage cabinet bases rather than ovens. It combines two star/sauté burners in front, two 33,000 BTU standard burners in back, and a 36" thermostatic griddle on the right for a 196,000 BTU total, so it fits high-volume line cooking with mixed saute, boil, and griddle production. It runs on natural gas, needs 10" rear/side clearances, and includes stainless front/sides, cast iron grate tops, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and optional no-charge cabinet doors, making it suited to a busy full-service kitchen or breakfast-to-burger operation.
