The Imperial electric fryer has a snap-acting electronic thermostat. The frypot sides are robotically welded stainless steel to virtually eliminate leaks. The large cool zone captures and holds particles out of the fry zone and reduces taste transfer. Two large nickel-plated fry baskets with vinyl-coated handles and heat protection are included. The IFS-40-E and IFS-40-EU electric fryers have an overall height of 44 1/8 in (1121 mm). The IFS-40-E and IFS-40-EU electric fryers have an overall width of 15 1/2 in (394 mm). The IFS-40-E and IFS-40-EU electric fryers have an overall depth of 30 1/2 in (775 mm).
