It combines 4 open top star burners and 2 Pyromax rear burners for 356,000 total BTUs, plus a 45,000 BTU standard oven with standing pilot, battery spark ignition, and a 175°F–550°F thermostat range; the oven takes full-size pans both ways and includes one rack with 2-position side rails. This propane unit has a stainless steel front/sides and cabinet base, removable cast-iron grates, front manual gas shutoff, and factory-installed regulator, and it sits in the heavy-duty floor-range class rather than countertop or undercounter equipment.
