The Southbend P36 ComboTop base configuration option A is Convection Oven. The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. The Southbend 12-inch open-top configuration has two burners. The open-top section has removable, cast iron grate tops and a removable drip tray. The convection oven has a porcelain enamel interior, three racks with five-position side rails, and a two-speed, ½ hp blower motor. The exterior finish is #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel on the front, sides, rear and exterior bottom. gas type: propane. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in W.C. for propane. Each unit has a 1-1/4 in front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s), and a 1 in rear gas connection with a male NPT connector. The Southbend P36A convection-oven base model is listed at 2.7 A on 208/240 V. The Southbend P36A convection-oven base model requires single-phase power when fitted with optional electronic ignition.
