The APW Wyott W-3Vi countertop warmer is perfect for holding pre-cooked foods at NSF safe temperatures. The W-3Vi warmer is for wet use only. The W-3Vi warmer has a 22-quart capacity. These units can be used with a variety of pan sizes or adapter plates for round insets. Pans and insets are not included with the W-3Vi warmer. The W-3Vi warmer has thermostatic controls.
