61BE/61BE-PT. Double Passthrough. with Boiler. The Model 61BE / 61BG ovens have boiler steam. The Invoq Stackit 1/1 GN assembly contains two oven cavities. The Invoq Stackit 1/1 GN configuration lists 6-1/1 GN + 6-1/1 GN. The Invoq Stackit 1/1 GN is specified for 208 V AC, 3-phase supply. The Invoq Stackit 1/1 GN oven's user-interface screen is a touch screen. The cavity is made from 304/DIN 1.4301 steel with seamless welding and rounded corners for airflow and cleaning.
