The Southbend electric steam “Do-All” cooker with cabinet base is offered as model EDA-3S. The EDA-3S steamer has 3 compartments. The EDA-3S steamer has a capacity of 12–24 pans. fuel type: electric. input kw: 42. voltage: 208. The EDA-3S steamer uses 3-phase electrical power. When operating as a pressure cooker, the upper compartment of the Southbend Steam model EDA-2S or EDA-3S cooker has a maximum operating pressure of 6 psi (41 kPa). The maximum operating pressure of the lower compartment of the Southbend Steam model EDA-2S or EDA-3S cooker is 6 psi (41 kPa). The cooker shall be constructed of all-welded satin finish stainless steel, type 304. The doors shall have a removable inner liner of aluminum plate with full perimeter gasket seal, an outer liner of one-piece all-welded stainless steel, and a wheel-and-screw closing mechanism. Each compartment of the Southbend cooker has independent automatic timer controls. The upper compartment of the Southbend cooker can be selected to operate as a pressureless free-venting cooker.
