Southbend’s Ultimate Range 4601DD-4TR_NG is a 60-inch freestanding gas range built for high-volume line cooking, combining two 33,000 BTU non-clog burners with a 48-inch thermostatic griddle on the right and two standard oven bases below. It runs on natural gas at 236,000 total BTU and uses a floor-standing footprint, with stainless steel front and sides, manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot open burners, and battery spark ignition for the ovens. The ovens are full-size pan capable with 175°F–550°F control, making this a fit for restaurants and busy kitchens that need a range, griddle, and double-oven production in one heavy-duty unit.
