The Southbend 32-inch sectional range has a standard 1-1/4-inch front gas manifold. The Southbend Model 32A configuration has one convection-oven cavity. The Model 32A convection oven has a porcelain-enamel interior and a two-speed, 1/2 hp blower motor. The Southbend Model 32A convection oven cavity is 26 inches wide internally. The Southbend Model 32A convection oven cavity is 14 inches high internally. interior depth in: 24. The Southbend Model 32A convection oven has five-position side rails. The range has a stainless steel front and sides, a fully insulated lining and burner box, and a 9-1/4-inch deep front rail. The front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. Each P32 unit's rear gas connection has a 1-inch connection size. Each unit has a front manifold that couples to the adjacent sectional unit(s); all sectional units require a regulated gas supply (a pressure regulator must be ordered separately). P32 models configured for propane require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in. W.C. voltage: 120.
