DFG-50DBL_LP. section configuration: double compartment. Liquid Propane. Each DFG-50 oven compartment accepts five standard half-size bake pans measuring 13 x 18 in. The oven uses a Dual Flow Gas system that combines direct and indirect heat. The Blodgett DFG-50 oven thermostat has a temperature-control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). The exterior construction includes a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a single chrome-plated door handle; and solid mineral-fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. gas input btu: 55000. Each DFG-50 oven section has a maximum gas input of 27,500 BTU/hr (8.1 kW). The DFG-50 gas supply inlet pressure range for propane is 11.0 in. W.C. minimum to 13.0 in. W.C. maximum. For domestic power, the DFG-50 is rated at 5 A. For its domestic power supply, the Blodgett DFG-50 oven is specified for single-phase power.
