IHR-G36. The IHR-G36 family has manual controls for the griddle top. The griddle tops on the IHR-G36, IHR-G36-C, IHR-G36-XB, and IHR-G36-M manual-control models are 36 in. wide (914 mm). The griddle tops on the IHR-G36, IHR-G36-C, IHR-G36-XB, and IHR-G36-M manual-control models are 24 in. deep (610 mm). Natural Gas. The manual-control IHR-G36 has a gas output of 130,000 BTU per hour (38 kW). The standard oven is 40,000 BTU/hr (12KW) and has a 100% safety pilot and manual shut off valve. “U” shaped burners have 30,000 (9 kw) BTU output, located every 12” (305mm) with one control per burner. Highly polished griddle plate provide even heat across entire surface. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate. The page specifies manifold pressure of 5.0 in.
