The Southbend Platinum Series oven with SC standard controls has a thermostat temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. The Southbend Platinum Series oven's SC-standard controls have a timer duration of 60 minutes. The oven has a stainless-steel front, top, and sides, and its interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain-enamel finish. The PCEB-SINGLE oven is recommended to be installed under a vented hood. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCEB-SINGLE oven.
