The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. Each oven has 11 rack positions. Five wire racks are provided with each oven. The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is heated by electric heating elements. The oven heating elements are available with a combined rating of 11 kW. voltage: 208. The PCES-PRO-SINGLE electric units are available for single-phase or three-phase operation, which must be specified upon ordering. The TC touchscreen controls have a highest stated temperature-controller setting of 550°F. The TC touchscreen controls have a lowest stated temperature-controller setting of 150°F. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top; its oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish. A hood is not required for the Southbend PCES-PRO-SINGLE oven when using the ventless option.
