Wells heavy-duty, top-mount, drop-in, modular food warmers are designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. The MOD127T, MOD127TD, and MOD127TDAF each have one well. Each well in the MOD127T, MOD127TD, and MOD127TDAF accepts a 12 in x 27 in 4/3 pan format. The MOD127T, MOD127TD, and MOD127TDAF food warmers are rated single-phase (1Ø). The MOD127T, MOD127TD, and MOD127TDAF food warmers are rated at 208/240 V. The MOD127T, MOD127TD, and MOD127TDAF food warmers are rated at 1240/1650 W. The MOD127T, MOD127TD, and MOD127TDAF food warmers have no standard power cord supplied (NONE). The MOD127T, MOD127TD, and MOD127TDAF have thermostatic controls. The control panel of the Wells heavy-duty rectangular drop-in food-warmers is front-mounted. The MOD food warmers have a one-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans. Wells heavy-duty rectangular drop-in food-warmers are suitable for dry operation. Wet operation is recommended for Wells heavy-duty rectangular drop-in food-warmers for best results.
