R36C-ATCM. The Lang R36C-M* Series electric range in ATCM configuration has hot-top thermostats rated at 850°F. The ATCM cook-top configuration of the Lang R36C-M* Series range has two French plates. The Lang R36C-M* Series convection oven holds up to six full-size 18 x 26-inch sheet pans. The Lang R36C-M* Series electric range in ATCM configuration uses 6-heat switches to control the French plates. The oven thermostat for the Lang R36C-M* Series range convection oven has a temperature range of 150–450°F. The R36C range has a total electrical input of 21.6 kW at 208 V, 60 Hz. The R36C range draws 69.2 A at 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase. The R36C range must be installed under an approved ventilation hood. The range has a heavy-duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior with an attractive No. 4 finish. The range has a hatchable two-piece design that allows movement through a 26 x 66-inch watertight hatch.
