The P48-PPPP plancha griddle sectional range has four burners. The P48C-PPPP configuration uses a cabinet base. The P48-PPPP sectional range is 48 inches wide. gas type: propane. The P48-PPPP plancha griddle range section is rated at 62,000 BTU LP input. P48-PPPP units configured for propane require a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in. W.C. The 48-inch sectional range with plancha griddle has manual control knobs for its cast iron burners. The plancha griddle's reinforced steel plate is powered by cast iron burners and provides fast preheat and recovery time. Its high-heat zone, with maximum temperatures of 800°F, is located on the front two-thirds of the plate for quick searing; temperatures decrease on the rear one-third for product finishing. The P48C cabinet base is stainless steel and has two removable doors that open from the center. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, rear and exterior bottom, with a fully insulated lining and burner box. The range has a removable stainless steel grease drawer with increased capacity.
