Wells HRCP-7100 is a self-contained electric drop-in food well that switches from a heated bain marie to a refrigerated cold pan, so it covers hot and cold holding in one NSF-7 compliant unit. It holds one standard 12" x 20" pan or fractional pans with adapter bars, runs on 208/240V, 1-phase, 2500W, and needs a plumbed water line plus drain, making it a compact indoor counter/cut-in option rather than a high-volume floor unit. The stainless-steel, fully insulated top and liner, 3" recessed top edge, rear-raised pan layout, single hot/cold control, and service access features make it suited to salad bars, buffet lines, and other commercial holding stations where space and flexibility matter.
