The RSROSL Signature Rack Oven Rack is available with a capacity of 20 full-size 18 in × 26 in sheet pans. The RSROSL-20 rack holds 40 pans in 13” x 18” format. The RSROSL-20 rack holds 20 pans in 18” x 26” format. The RSROSL-20 rack has 3.0625” (77.7 mm) shelf spacing. The Doyon RSROSL-20 rack has a side-load loading configuration. The RSROSL Signature Rack Oven Rack ships as an easy-to-assemble kit complete with two stainless steel side walls, one stainless steel top, two cross-member supports, two middle bars, and all required hardware. The RSROSL Signature Rack Oven Rack features a 1-inch welded 304 stainless steel tube frame paired with durable 18-gauge stainless steel walls, providing strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability in demanding kitchen environments.
