The Sirius II is a Southbend steam convection/circulating boilerless steam oven with automatic water-fill, internally preheated water for fast recovery, a clean water reservoir system, and a rear drain. The Sirius II-12-SB configuration comprises two steamers. The steamers in the Sirius II-12-SB configuration are model Sirius II-6. Each steamer in the Sirius II-12-SB configuration has a six-pan capacity. The Sirius II steamer uses 27,000 BTU per compartment. gas type: natural gas.
