Southbend’s Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range is a heavy-duty commercial floor model with a storage cabinet base, built for high-volume kitchen line work. It combines four 33,000 BTU non-clog cast iron burners with four 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners for a 292,000 BTU total on natural gas, so it’s aimed at fast boiling, wok cooking, and heavy sautéing rather than low-output prep. The unit is 60.75" wide by 34" deep by 59.5" high, has stainless front/sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilot open-top burners, factory regulator, and two cabinet bases with optional no-charge center-opening doors.
