Southbend’s Ultimate Range 4603CC-6L_LP is a 60-inch freestanding commercial gas range with a storage cabinet base, built for indoor, high-volume line cooking. It runs on propane and puts out 311,000 BTU total, with a five-burner open-top setup: three 33,000 BTU star/sauté burners in front and two 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners in back, plus removable cast-iron grates that handle up to 14-inch stock pots. The footprint is 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H, with stainless steel front and sides, a front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases; optional center-opening cabinet doors and casters are available.
