The Southbend Platinum Series bakery electric convection oven is a single-deck oven. PCE11B/S. 11 rack positions in each oven. Each oven is listed with 11 kW for heating elements. Each oven in the 11 kW for Heating Elements group has a listed supply voltage of 240 VAC. The phase for PCEB electric oven units must be specified upon ordering. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with SC standard controls uses a solid-state thermostat. The Southbend Platinum Series oven's SC-standard controls use a mechanical timer. thermostat temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCEB-SINGLE oven. The oven has a stainless-steel front, top, and sides, and its interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain-enamel finish.
