JHPE-2-324. The Jade step-up hot plate assembly has its rear burner section raised relative to its front burner section. JHPE-2-324 has 3 burners at the rear. JHPE-2-324 has 2 burners at the front. 15,000 or 27,500 BTU cast iron open burners. Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. Propane step-up hot plates require a minimum operating pressure of 10 inches W.C. Propane step-up hot plates have a maximum operating pressure of 14 inches W.C. This unit must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied. The JHPE-2-324 hot plate is 24 inches wide. The Jade JHPE-2-324 hot plate has a depth of 29-3/4 inches.
