The BH2S is a base heater. The BH2S has 2 silos. Heavy-duty stainless steel drop-in dispenser tubes hold plates and bases up to 10.25” in diameter. A pulley and cable leveling system has field-adjustable springs to accommodate plates or bases; the number of connected springs can be increased or decreased to change platform tension. Disconnected springs remain in place and out of the way during dispensing. Engineered holes facilitate airflow. Cantilevered spring cables extend spring life. The BH2S is 35 1/4 in (895 mm) wide. The BH2S is 45 in (1143 mm) high. BH2S and PH2S heaters operate at 208 volts. BH2S and PH2S heaters operate at 60 Hz. BH2S and PH2S heaters draw 15.4 amps. plug type: nema 6-20. A high-velocity blower air system heats bases or plates under thermostatic control. The fan motor is thermally protected and has long-life bearings. The heaters have high-limit overheat protection, a base/off/plate toggle switch, and a pilot/cycle light. All finished exterior construction is stainless steel, 18 gauge 300 stainless steel. All sides, top and bottom are insulated for heat retention and energy efficiency.
