The Southbend Platinum Pro Series standard electric convection oven has a double-deck configuration. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE assembly includes two oven decks. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series electric heating elements have a combined rating of 7.5 kW per deck. The Southbend Platinum Pro Series ovens are available for 208 VAC supply. The PCE-S-PRO electric oven models are available for single-phase or three-phase operation, specified upon ordering. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven. The PCE-S-PRO-DOUBLE oven is recommended for installation under a vented hood. Each Southbend Platinum Pro Series oven has 11 different rack positions. The PCE15S/S-PRO, PCE22S/S-PRO, PCE15S/T-PRO, and PCE22S/T-PRO oven cavities each have an interior width of 29 inches. The PCE15S/S-PRO, PCE22S/S-PRO, PCE15S/T-PRO, and PCE22S/T-PRO oven cavities each have an interior depth of 21.5 inches. Digital Touchscreen Controls have manual, recipe, or rack modes. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides.
