The Blodgett CTB/CTBR half-size convection oven is available in a double-compartment configuration. The double CTB/CTBR arrangement includes two oven compartments. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. An increased-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 8.0 kW per oven section. An increased-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase supply. The increased-output 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase CTB/CTBR supply is rated at 22/20/21 A on L1-L2-L3. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control.
