Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range is a full-size, high-volume line-up piece with a 60-3/4" wide, 37" high cooking top and a cabinet base for storage. It combines six patented non-clog cast-iron open burners, a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right, and convection oven base(s) rated at 32,000 BTU each, all on propane at 278,000 total BTU, with 115V/3PH electrical service for the oven base ignition/fan. Stainless steel front and sides, front manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilot, and optional center-opening cabinet doors make it suited to busy restaurant kitchens needing a large freestanding range with mixed-top cooking and oven capacity.
