R30C-PTF Electric 30" Range. Convection Oven Base. (1) 30" Griddle Plate. The 30-inch electric range with convection oven base, model R30C, has 3Ø phase at 208 V and 60 Hz. input kw: 19.8. The oven thermostat on Lang electric ranges has a setting range of 150–450°F. Each cook-top component has individual controls. The convection oven has a heavy-duty right-hinged door with magnetic closure, an ON-OFF power switch, and a two-speed fan with fan-pulse capability and HIGH-LOW speed fan switch. Heavy duty 430 stainless steel exterior insulated on six sides. Lang Electric 30-inch ranges have a required back clearance of 4 in.
