The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 inches. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts the pans in a front-to-back orientation. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control is manual. The CTB/CTBR oven is supplied with a 60-minute timer. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. The CTB/CTBR oven has a two-speed convection-fan motor. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase supply. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 5.6 kW per oven section. The standard-output 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase CTB/CTBR supply is rated at 24/12/15 A on L1-L2-L3.
