The CookTek IDW650S has a rated electrical input of 650 W. The CookTek IDW650S is rated single phase. Dedicated circuit required for each installation. The unit is available with four standard set temperatures, with more temperatures available via the controller. The CookTek Round SinAqua buffet warmer has an LED display.
