The CH1600U cook-and-hold cabinet has a dual-cavity configuration. Each CH1600U cavity accommodates eight GN 2/1 pans. The CH1600U uses electric power. 208V, 1PH. input kw: 6.2. The controls have a master on/off switch with a “start/cancel” button for cook cycles and a touchpad to view actual temperature. Separate controls and displays are provided for cook temperature and hold temperature. An eighteen-hour digital timer display shows cook temperature in countdown mode during the cook cycle and automatically switches to count-up during the hold cycle. The CH1600U cook-and-hold cabinet has a lowest temperature setting of 100°F for the cook cycle. The CH1600U cook-and-hold cabinet has a highest temperature setting of 325°F for the cook cycle. The CH1600U cook-and-hold cabinet has a lowest temperature setting of 100°F for the hold cycle. The CH1600U cook-and-hold cabinet's hold-cycle temperature range has an upper limit of 200°F. The cabinet is all stainless steel, double-wall, insulated construction.
