GCX-2S-36 … convection steamer on a modular, gas-fired steam-boiler base, with a stainless-steel type 304 exterior and #4 finish. Each compartment of the GCX-2S-[36] steamer holds 3 pans with 2-1/2 in pan depth. Each compartment of the GCX-2S-[36] steamer holds 1 pan with 6 in pan depth. Each compartment of the GCX-2S-[36] steamer holds 2 pans with 4 in pan depth. Each compartment of the GCX-2S-[36] steamer holds 6 pans with 1 in pan depth. btu-per-hour: 250,000 btu/hr. gas type: natural gas. The control housing is accessible through a fully removable side panel. Each compartment includes a 60-minute mechanical timer with a ready pilot, cooking pilot light, and audible signal that sounds at the end of the cooking cycle. The cooking chambers are all-welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated, and provided with removable stainless-steel pan supports. The GCX steamer draws 2 amps per compartment, or as specified on the data plate. The GCX steamer electrical supply frequency is 60 Hz.
