Imperial Spec Series IHR-2HT-2-P_NG is a 36"W x 36"D x 36"H freestanding gas range with a convection-style Provection oven, set up for natural gas and 120V/1-phase power with a NEMA 5-15 plug for the oven. It is a high-volume floor model at 192,000 BTU total, with two 40,000 BTU hot tops using 18" x 28" polished plates plus two open burners, each with manual control, adjustable gas valve, standing pilot, and aeration baffles for faster recovery. The stainless-steel body, welded seams, cast-iron anti-clogging burners, 1/2 hp blower, porcelain oven interior, three chrome racks, and heavy-duty legs make it suited to busy commercial kitchens needing a compact, high-output range/oven combo rather than a lighter-duty unit.
