Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" freestanding gas range for commercial kitchens, with a split top of (3) star/sauté burners in front and (3) 33,000 BTU burners in rear, plus a 24" raised griddle/broiler on the right. It is natural gas only, 295,500 total BTUs, and includes two convection oven bases with 175°F–550°F thermostats, 3 racks each, and 115V power for the ovens, so it fits high-volume line cooking and batch baking in a full-service kitchen. Stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots, factory regulator, and optional casters make it a heavy-duty floor range rather than a compact unit.
