The cooking vessel of the UDBRE038V1 electric tilt braising pan has electric tilting. The panel board provides an ON/OFF switch, a resistive 7-inch touch screen, keys for moving the basin, selection of two different cooking modes (four with the optional core probe) with working temperature setting, cooking type and time setting, and manual or program cooking. It supports creating and editing multiphase cooking programs, setting each phase’s cooking type, temperature and time parameters, and inserting text messages. Tank water load can be set hot (up to 140°F) or cold, with automatic liter measurements. Tilting and return of the cooking tank can be controlled from the Touch Screen or keyboard; delayed cooking can be set with date, time and programming cycle, and the Touch Screen has language settings. Different units of measurement can be input (°C/°F; liters/gallons; etc.). The cooking vessel is stainless steel AISI 304, with a 15 mm bottom, 2.5 mm walls, rounded corner angles and an anti-overflowing lip. The outer cover is stainless steel AISI 304 with a fine satin finish (thickness 12-15/10). The self-supporting frame is stainless steel AISI 304 (thickness 30-40/10); adjustable stainless steel AISI 304 feet ensure levelling and have removable covers for cleaning operations. Protection level IPX5. Fast accessibility to the main functional parts (electronic card, fuses, thermostats...) is possible only by removing the frontal panels.
