The JBR-24G-6 range has 6 open burners on its top. Standard features include a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed and stub back; 14-gauge stainless steel all-welded construction; a stainless steel removable oven interior; one chrome-plated oven rack per oven; oven controls located in a cool zone; stainless steel gas tubing throughout; stainless steel pilot tips; (2) 3/4" gas regulators; and a stainless steel stub back. The convection oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 500°F. The griddle has a 1-inch thick highly polished steel plate and one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. The electric convection oven is rated for single-phase power. The electric convection oven has a maximum current draw of 4.0 amps per oven.
